EPF and ESI registration, monthly contributions, ECR and ESI returns, joiners and exits — calculated from the same payroll file.
Provident Fund and ESI are monthly employer obligations with their own portals, wage definitions and due dates. They should be computed from the payroll run, not reconstructed after salary has been paid.
We support establishment registration, employee UAN and IP numbers, monthly ECR and ESI returns, challan workings and the paperwork around joiners, exits and arrears. Coverage rules and wage ceilings change; we confirm the current position before the first deduction.
Late PF deposits can attract damages. ESI non-compliance can escalate beyond a challan. Both leave a trail that funding rounds and inspections will read.
Covered establishments deduct and contribute PF on PF wages, file a monthly electronic challan-cum-return and keep UAN and KYC current. Transfers, exits and nominations are part of the same file, not a separate HR folder.
ESI applies when the establishment and the employee's wages fall within the coverage rules. Contributions, IP numbers and the monthly return have to move when people join, leave or cross the wage band.

PT is a separate state levy. We can run it in the same payroll cycle. See Professional Tax Compliance for slabs and registration.
