A management view of receivables, payables, profitability, bank balances and MIS packs — built from books that are actually closed, not from disconnected spreadsheets.
Founders and finance leads usually need the same five answers every month: what customers owe, what we owe vendors, whether we are profitable, how much cash sits in the banks, and what changed versus last month.
Our CFO dashboard work combines accounts receivable, accounts payable, profit and loss, bank balances and MIS reports into a pack that management can read after month-end close.
This is management reporting. It is not a substitute for audited financial statements, and it is not investment advice. Scope is agreed before the first pack is delivered.
The dashboard is useful only when the ledgers underneath it are current. We prefer to own or review the books on a fixed close calendar, then produce the management pack from that close.
It is primarily a reporting and MIS service built from your accounting file. Where useful, summaries can be presented in a dashboard-style pack. We do not invent live metrics that the books do not support.
It works best when we maintain or regularly review the books. We can also start from a clean TallyPrime, Zoho Books or QuickBooks file that your team already keeps current.
Financial reporting and MIS is the broader monthly close and statement service. The CFO dashboard page focuses on the operator view founders ask for first: AR, AP, P&L, bank balances and the MIS pack.
From business formation to accounting, payroll, statutory compliance and secure cloud infrastructure — we help businesses manage critical operations under one roof.
